Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Red cutting board in the prep area has yellow and black food residue staining spots. Operator began to soak the cutting board to be cleaned and sanitized.

Equipment in poor repair. Standup reach in cooler on the main cook line closest to the steam table has a missing door handle. Microwave on the main prep line has rust pitting the surface where the door meets the microwave.
