Operator unable to provide proof of employee food safety training certifications.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Gasket on reach in freezer on front line has accumulation of debris.
Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Interior reach-in cooler at sandwich making station and interior of reach-in cooler in kitchen area in cooler that onions are stored has accumulation of debris.
