Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Hand washing sink next to the 3 compartment sink blocked by a utility cart with a bag of onions on the cart. The cart was removed.
Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Black purse on a case of cups under the front counter register. The purse was removed.
Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Back prep area behind the slicer.
