Time/temperature control for safety, commercially processed food reheating for hot holding not heated to a minimum temperature of 135 degrees Fahrenheit in all parts. 90-135f meatballs placed in warmer at 7 am and it's 10 am, employee discarded them, stop sale

Employee handled soiled equipment or utensils and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee washing dishes then she grabbed clean dishes, explained to her and she washed hands
Employee rubbed hands together for less than 10-15 seconds while washing hands. Employee washed hands 5 seconds after washing dirty dishes and clean dishes, after I explained she had to wash hands, explained has washing has to be total of 20 seconds and she washed again
