No proof provided that food employees are informed of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities related to foodborne illnesses. Current employees did not have employee reporting agreement signed, operator had them sign. Justin, Noel.
Required employee training expired for all employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. All certificates viewed expired in 2024, and several of those employees are no longer employed. Per operator there are other employees working longer than 60 days but do not have a food handler certificate.
