Employee touched face/hair and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee wiped face with finger after without washing hands employee handled ice scoop to scoop ice, discussed with operator employee washed hands.
Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Cleaned and sanitized dishes on storage rack not inverted, discussed with operator who inverted dishes.
Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Hand washing sink in kitchen in front of dish washing area drain pipe leaking onto floor, discussed with operator to repair leaking pipe.
A return visit. The problems from the previous inspection had been dealt with.
