Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In reach-in cooler against wall on cookline: corned beef (47F - Cold Holding). Manager moved to walk-in cooler.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Bottle of sanitizer resting on bags of chips and crackers on prep table. Manager removed.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Back hand wash sink blocked by boxes. Manager removed.
