In walk-in cooler; fried chicken patty (50F - Cold Holding); sausage dogs (50F - Cold Holding); fried fish (49F - Cold Holding). Operator stated all food has been in walk-in cooler since Friday and temperatures in coolers were good Saturday morning but she came in today the cooler was out of temperature. She has called a company to come look at walk-in cooler and all food from Friday has been issued stop sale.

Employee stated cheese was pulled from bottom of reach in cooler no longer than 1 hour during a rush. Employee placed sliced cheese in bottom of reach in cooler to bring down temperature.
