Per the person in charge, the establishment bombed the kitchen yesterday. During the inspection, areas were cleaned and sanitized.

Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Wiping cloth solution at 0 ppm quaternary. Employee corrected to 200 ppm quaternary.
