Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. In the kitchen towards the back in the vicinity of the dish wash machine. Ovens were soiled inside with food debris.
Single-service articles improperly stored. Coffee filters not stored in a closed container properly to prevent soiling.
Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Sanitizer Bucket (Quaternary 100ppm-expo station). Employee made new solution- quaternary sanitizer at 200 ppm.
