Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Observed employee drop a bag on floor and picked up bag and put on counter. Then continued to label to go bags for to go orders with gloved hands on prep counter with food and equipment on it. Operator educated employee. Employee washed hands and changed gloves then sanitized surface.
Required employee training expired for some employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. 2 expired employee training.
Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Bottom of reach in cooler across from egg station on cook line soiled with old food debris
