Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Test dish washer machine reading 0ppm. Prime the dish washer machine retested it and it now reading 100ppm
Equipment drain line draining into handwash sink. Observed sanitation hose hanging in hand wash sink in prep area. Operator remove hose from sink.
Walk-in cooler/freezer shelves with rust that has pitted the surface. Walk in cooler shelves are starting to rust. Operator stated that they do have new shelves on order.

Accumulation of lime scale on the inside of the dishmachine.
Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Hanging faucet hose is leaking water. Manager did stated that they do have a work order in and maintenance man is coming today to fix it.

Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Observed employee on cook line grab wiping cloth from sanitizer bucket. With gloves on. To wipe down cooking equipment. The wiping cloth sanitizer back into bucket of sanitation. And then continue to proceed to go back to cooking without properly taking off gloves and proper washing hands. Employees is re-educated by manager he stop what he was doing. Properly took off gloves. Went to hand wash sink to wash hands and dry. Then apply new gloves on.
Cove molding at floor/wall juncture broken/missing. Observed Damage cove next to mop sink due to over flowing the mop sink and the water got underneath and between there coves. Manager does have fan to dry up the water and has a work order to fix the coves after it drys
Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed. Manager has license emailed, printed it out and display it.
No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed hand wash sink next to dish washer machine not having hand wash sign. Manager put hand wash sign.
Nothing was found. The inspector recorded no violations at all.

Observed cutting boards on cook line have groove cuts and is soiled with food debris. Operator stated that cutting boards are getting replace in the near future
Observed water filter located by mop sink close to back door are dated 12/23. Operator stated that they have been change last month but did forgot to write the date of service change
Observed squeeze bottle with clear liquid ( water) not labeled. Operator corrected
