Manager placed in cooler, second temp 41F; arugula (56F - Cold Holding) sitting in bowl above cooler. Manager placed inside reach in cooler, second temp 47F. Manager states arugula and spring mix came off the truck at around 8:50am and temperatures were taken.
Covered waste receptacle not provided in both women's bathrooms.
