Observed employees using non-potable water for handwashing during a boil water notice. Discussed with operator that handwashing must be done using potable water that has been brought to a rolling boil for at least one minute or commercially bottled water. Operator confirmed that potable water is being used for beverage preparation, dishwashing, and drinking ice. Operator had all employees wash hands with bottled water.
Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. In the walk in cooler, observed raw smoked salmon stored above ready to eat potatoes. Operator rearranged for proper storage.

Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. In a make table cooler bt the water softener raw shrimp and raw sausage are stored over pasteurized shell eggs and liquid eggs. Operator moved the shrimp and sausage to proper storage.
