Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Cook observed preparing food with a wristwatch and a rubber bracelet. Manager had employee remove items.
Two employees with no beard guard/restraint while engaging in food preparation. One was preparing food in the prep area and one was cooking on the cook line. Manager told employees they will need to don beard guards.

Cleaned and sanitized equipment or utensils not properly stored. Clean and sanitized utensils for service not held with handle upward. Operator corrected and cleaned and sanitized.
Employee drinking from an unenclosed beverage container in a food preparation/clean dishware area and the container does not have a dispensing mechanism to prevent hand contact with lip contact area of drink container. Staff member drinking from open container at server station over clean dishware.
Single-service articles improperly stored. Food grade parchment paper stored uncovered under insect zapper.
