No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Hand washing sink at back prep area has no hand washing sign. Operator hung sign up.

Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed an employee dump a sanitizer bucket into a hand sink. Operator instructed them on its proper use.
Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Observed dust build up on multiple ceiling vents in the establishment. Operator stated they will be replaced next month during their remodel.
Dumpster rusted out. Observed the shared plaza dumpster with multiple holes rusted out on its sides.
Wiping cloth sanitizing solution stored on the floor. Observed three filled sanitizer buckets stored on the floor of the warewashing area. Operator placed them off the ground.

Observed dishwasher operator handle dirty/soiled dishes then transition to handling clean dishes from dishwasher without proper hand washing. Operator educated and observed proper handwashing.
