Plumbing system in disrepair. Observed the hand washing sink in the prep kitchen out of order due to a broken pipe. Operator stated a repair call has been placed.

Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair. Observed floor tiles missing as you enter the walk in freezer. Operator stated they will be repaired with the remodel.
Hood ventilation system inadequate as evidenced by grease accumulation on walls/ceiling. Observed grease build up on hood ceiling and exhaust opening in back kitchen over oven.
