Food stored in a location that is exposed to splash/dust. Observed bottles of ketchup stored next to hand-wash sink exposed to splash from faucet leakage. Manager properly stored ketchups bottles during inspection.
Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed water spraying from base of faucet when hot water handle turned on.
