Layout not accurate to plans revised in 16. Coffee station moved to where Pepsi cooler is. Additional 2 make lines added. Additional toaster and microwaves added Added bagel slicer on counter next drive thru Dump sink located 15 feet away from hand sink in main prep area. Hand sink next to dish machine is a mop sink with no handwashing supplies. Prep sink and hand wash sink were flipped in back area by walk in coolers. Addition of ice machine next to bagel rack by ovens. No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Manager got Quaternary Ammonium test kit
