Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed white rice (50 F - Cold Holding) at reach in cooler. As per operator was outside lest than 30 minutes ago. Operator moved the product to the reach in freezer for rapid cooling.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed a spray bottle with alcohol sanitizer spray and squeeze bottle with soup stored in front of (next to) orange juice equipment. The bottles were moved to the bottom part of the hand wash sink.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed two spatulas stored on the hand wash sink. Spatulas were relocated.
