Commissary cooler rental does not allow for proper storage, discussed putting something on bottom shelf to avoid contamination of other vendors' food below. Operator rearranged eggs and ready to eat foods for proper storage of his own foods.

Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Interior of ice machine has mold like substance.
In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Coffee stirrers in standing water of 82 F. Employee cleaned and refreshed water now at 186 F.
Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Toaster behind front counter has built up food debris.
Open dumpster lid.
Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Coffee filters not protected from contamination. Manager stored in closed container.
