Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Employee went to dining room to place napkins, came back to cook line, p,aced gloves without washing hands. After manager instructed, employee discarded gloves, washed hands and put in new pair of gloves.

Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. -Observed cases with unwashed bananas and peppers stored over cut tomatoes and lettuce in walk-in cooler. Operator relocate unwashed produces.
