Missing drain plug at dumpster. On shared dumpsters out back of establishment drain plug missing for both.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Hood filters above flat top grill have grease build up.

Employee rubbed hands together for less than 10-15 seconds while washing hands. Employee on cook line washed hands for approximately five seconds, did not dry hands, and placed single use gloves on to begin preparing food on cook line. Manager coached employee on proper hand washing procedures.

Single-service articles improperly stored. In front dining area, single use containers for peanut stored inside container of peanuts - risk of cross contamination. Containers removed and placed next to open case of peanuts.
