Observed : cook line staff touch sleeve and elbow with gloves and not change them before touching sleeve. This was discussed with the employee, and he understood not to do it again.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed : both freestyle machines have build up at the multiport dispensers.
Bathroom facility not clean. Observed : the women's restroom has paper towels on top of the trash receptacle and piling on the floor next to it.
Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed. Observed : the license that expired on 6-1-2026 was the only posted license.

Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. cheese (44F - Cold Holding); beef (44F - Cold Holding); bacon (50F - Cold Holding); hot dog (48F - Cold Holding) items in cooler drawers under grill, manager stated the cooler had been accidentally unplugged. He plugged cooler back in and moved food items to the walk in cooler. Retemped beef 41, hot dogs 44, bacon 46, cheese 43.

A few employees who currently work here (verified by work schedule) and has been here longer than 60 days, no certificates.
