Packaged hot dog buns not stored at least 6 inches off of the floor near the prep sink in the kitchen. The operator properly stored the hot dog buns.
Marked exit/path to marked exit blocked. For reporting purposes only. Observed the rear exit blocked by cardboard boxes. The operator removed the boxes from the exit path.

Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed cutting boards put away clean with food stains on them.
Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed on ice shield inside ice machine some black mold like substance on shield.
Buildup of food debris/soil residue on equipment door handles. Observed on reach in door handle at dessert station, food residue on back side of handle.
Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Observed clean,put away cutting boards with multiple grooves in them.
Floor not cleaned when the least amount of food is exposed. Observed in lobby area, dining room area, and restrooms, floors with food debris in different amounts on floor and liquid on floor.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed on low boy drawer, some food debris on gasket.

Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Observed vacuum breaker at wrong location of mop sink. Educated the operator.
