Observed employee touch face with glove hands and returned to work with food. Discussed with operator and observed glove change and proper hand washing.
Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Ground beef patty's stored over hot dogs in reach in cooler on cooks line. Operator moved food to proper storage
