Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed wet stacked containers on the dish drying rack.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed the shelf next to the pizza oven being soiled with dust/grease build up.

Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed the handwashing sink being used to store a sanitizer bucket and wire scrub brushes. Manager removed all items. Explained the usage of hand washing sink.

Floor and ceiling tiles missing and/or in disrepair. Observed several missing floor tiles in the pizza making line. Observed dust soiled ceiling tiles in the waiting area and in the back prep area,. Observed the hood system being soiled with dust.
Food not stored at least 6 inches off of the floor. Observed two boxes of liquid margarine being stored on the floor in the walk in cooler. Manager placed items on a rack in walk in cooler.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed the shelves in the walk in cooler and storage area being soiled with food debris. Observed food debris build up on the fan in the back area and on the pizza making line.
A return visit. The problems from the previous inspection had been dealt with.
