Employee touching ready-to-eat food with their bare hands - food was not being heated as a sole ingredient to 145 degrees F or immediately added to other ingredients to be cooked/heated to the minimum required temperature to allow bare hand contact. Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Observed employee touch ready to eat pizzas with bare hands in kitchen area. Pizzas were cut with pizza cutter then reshaped by employee with bare hands.

Observed multiple raw fish items that have been vacuum sealed on-site with no label stating fish must be removed from packaging before thawing per approved HACCP plan.
