Dishmachine not sanitizing properly. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed 0 ppm for sink and surface sanitizer. Operator and inspector changed sanitizer to chlorine and primed multiple times, final reading 100 ppm.
