Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed plates, bowls and glass cups at breakfast buffet area, not kept inverted. Employees inverted all mentioned items.
Cloth used as a food-contact surface. Observed a cloth covering a tray of bagels inside walk in cooler. Employee removed cloth and covered bagels with plastic wrap.
No conspicuously located ambient air temperature thermometer in reach in cooler located next to ice machine at kitchen area.
Single-service articles improperly stored. Observed boxes of plastic cups stored on kitchen floor. Employee removed boxes and placed on storage shelves.
