Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. In the walk in cooler, raw shell are eggs stored over bread stuffing. The eggs were moved to another shelf. Also inside the walk in cooler, raw salmon was stored over spinach pie. The salmon was moved to a lower shelf.
Ceiling tile missing. In front of the walk in cooler, two tiles are missing related to a roof leak.
