Use of cooking equipment producing grease laden vapors/smoke with no hood suppression system installed. Notified Fire AHJ. For reporting purposes only. Originally the induction burner was to be used for toast only, observed during this inspection pan with cooked egg in it, that would produce grease laden vapor.
