Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw salmon over butter and cream cheese in reach in cooler in storage area, operator placed salmon at the bottom.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. custard filled donuts (62-63F - Cold Holding) operator stated items do not sit at front counter more than 4 hours, she added items to the time as a public health control application.

Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Employee touched raw fish and chicken then changed gloves no Handwash in between, inspector had employee wash hands before starting to work with other foods.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. coleslaw (50F - Cold Holding) item sitting on counter for no more than 15 minutes for an order, operator placed back in cooler to drop temperature to 41F.
