Hot dogs in reach in cooler on cooks line no date mark, employees called manager he stated they were opened during shift yesterday. Employee labeled.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Interior back top corners of ice bin on drink machine in kitchen soiled.

Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed unlabeled disinfectant spray bottle stored with single serve on the bottom shelf of the prep table. This was moved to the top of the grease trap.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed the can opener with dried debris on the blade.
No certified food manager for establishment. A list of accredited food manager certification examination providers can be found at http://www.myfloridalicense.com/DBPR/hotels-restaurants/food-lodging/food-manager/ Observed: no Certified Food Manager for the business, Chade expired in 2023.
No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Observed the staff in the kitchen could not produce a test kit.
No proof of required state approved employee training provided for any employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Observed: no proof of employee training.
Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Observed unlabeled spray bottle on a lower shelf in the kitchen. Staff relates this is disinfectant. ALSO, in the mop sink room, unlabeled blue liquid spray bottle.
Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed. Observed the current license was not available for review.
Dead roaches on premises. Observed: 2 dead roaches inside the front line slushee counter.
Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed 2 employee drinks stored on the can goods prep table. These were moved out of the kitchen.
Single-service articles improperly stored. Observed: in dry storage, back of facility, single serve on the floor.
