Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Spray bottle of glass cleaner on shelf over canned tomatoes by back of kitchen. Operator removed. Hand sanitizer bottles and soap bottles for dispensers at triple sink shelves stored over clean spoons.
Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Mop sink faucet has two way splitter, vacuum breaker attached to chemical box side, but not to other side where nothing is attached. Explained to operator where vacuum breaker should go.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. At handwashing sink next to shelves with dry goods and cans, no soap or paper towels.
