Observed garlic in oil (47F - Cold Holding); pesto sauce (56F - Cold Holding); fresh mozzarella (51F - Cold Holding); shredded mozzarella (55F - Cold Holding) at front counter reach in cooler preparation table, as per manager for less than two hours. Requested the staff to remove all items from the unit and placed it back in walking cooler for rapid cooling.
