Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. Observed 2 Co2 tanks not secured in the soda syrup room.
In-use tongs stored on equipment door handle between uses. Observed tongs stored on the oven door handles. Operator moved tongs and sanitized.

Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed real butter held on cook line at 80 degrees. Operator discarded and will keep butter at 135 degrees or above moving forward.
Employee with no beard guard/restraint while engaging in food preparation. Observed line cook preparing food without a beard guard. Operator stated he ordered beard guards.
Food stored on floor. Observed cooking oil stored on the floor on the cooks line. Operator moved items off floor.
