Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed Potato Salad (52F - Cold Holding) in reach-in cooler to the left of the walk-in cooler and steam table. Operator stated item had been in cooler for less than 4 hours. Operator moved to walk-in cooler.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed handwash sink in wait station/front service counter blocked with items in handwash sink (brewing basket, etc.). Operator moved.

Walk in cooler- Beans 44F Potato salad 46F Brisket 44/45F Collards 44/45F Operator took temperatures this morning and everything was 39 F. Rechecked at the end of the inspection and all the temperatures were the same. Operator called for service and will move food to the second operational walk in cooler
