Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. On top portion of reach in make table: ham 46F. Manager moved to different unit. Manager stated the ham was out during lunch rush. Discussed not storing Time/Tempurature Control for Safety items over fill line of make table.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. No towels at sink. Added during this inspection.
Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Ground beef cooked two days ago with no date mark. Chicken cooked four days ago with no date mark.

Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Hot water not connected at hand sink. Water is 69F.
Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Pans on top shelf of clean dish shelf.
In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Handle of scoop in container of garlic.
Old food stuck to clean dishware/utensils. Colander has food debris. Manager removed to wash.
Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. On bottom of make table.
