Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Observed their coffee filters not properly stored when not in use. Operator placed them in a bag.

Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Observed commercially processed reduced oxygen packed fish not removed before thawed. Operator willingly disposed of the product.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed a chemical spray bottle stored above clean dishes in the front server area. Operator removed it.

No proof provided that food employees are informed of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities related to foodborne illnesses. Observed no signed agreements for the establishment. Operator states they are in the employees handbooks which they take home.
