Displayed food not properly protected from contamination. Observed focaccia displayed above the front counter without any sneeze guard to prevent contamination. Employee moved it to the cooler.
Employee touched bare body part and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed employee touching her arms and then, put glove on instead of washing her hands first. Employee was coached about it.
