Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Two spray bottles with liquid inside purple liquid in one and clear liquid in one located in the bar area. The bottles was labeled.
Equipment in poor repair. Gasket torn on the right door on the 1st flip top reach in cooler across from the cook line.

Nothing was found. The inspector recorded no violations at all.
