Silverware/utensils dried with a towel/cloth. Observed multiple utensils drying on a towel on prep table. Operator removed utensils and washed and sanitized.
Standing water or very slow draining water in handwash sink, three-compartment sink, or mop sink. Observed at handwashing sink next to reach in cooler. Operator unclogged the hand sink and water drained faster.
Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Operator hung mop during inspection.

Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee picked up an extension cord, plugged it in, immediately touching single service items and started to put gloves on without washing hands. Employee was informed that she need to wash hands before wearing gloves. The Employee discarded the gloves, washed hands and put on the gloves.
Quaternary ammonium sanitizer not at proper minimum strength for manual warewashing. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Observed Triple Sink (Quaternary 100 ppm). Operator added sanitizer solution to get 200 ppm.

Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed an employee wearing watch while preparing food. Operator removed the watch.
Sanitizer bucket stored with food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service, or single-use articles. Observed a sanitizer bucket stored at preparation table next to spaghetti container. Operator moved the sanitizer bucket to a shelf under preparation table.
Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. Observed unwashed vegetables stored over milk at walk-in cooler. Operator relocated the milk.
