Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw ground beef over cooked pork in walk-in cooler. Pork relocated during inspection.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Cole slaw 45F, cooked rice 44F, cooked corn 44F, sliced tomatoes 44F, items by door, operator states temperature issue due to door being open for extended period.
Paper towel dispenser at handwash sink not working/unable to dispense paper towels. In server station. Manager fixed dispenser during inspection.
Food stored on floor. Case of onion rings on floor in walk-in freezer. Onion rings removed from floor during inspection.
Stored food not covered. Tuna in walk-in cooler not covered. Covered at time of inspection.
Thawed portions of ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food rose above 41 degrees Fahrenheit while being thawed. Cooked pork thawing in prep sink at 93F. Product transferred to walk-in cooler at time of inspection. Per employee pork thawing for 10 mins.

Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Fry station: buttermilk 45F, grill: cheddar cheese 46F, per employees items in location for approximately 3 hours. Moved to colder unit at time of inspection.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink in fry station. Manager restocked paper towels during inspection.
Grease build up on car rear axle above bar. Manager wiped axle clean at time of inspection.

Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Chopped brisket 132F in hot hold trays. Employee reheated brisket to 167F.

No water at hand wash sink on expo line. Manager fixed sink at time of inspection.
In-use utensil not stored on a clean portion of food preparation or cooking equipment. Spatula stored on side of grill with grease and food debris. Manager had spatulas washed and relocated.
Portable fire extinguisher gauge in red zone. For reporting purposes only. K class by back door in recharge zone.
