Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In the #1 flip top cooler, salsa (55F - Cold Holding); coleslaw (55F - Cold Holding). The cooler was turned off by a maintenance tech. The items were stored in the cooler less than 2 hours. The items were moved to the WIC to chill and cold hold.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. At the hand sink next to the ice machine, the dispenser batteries needed to be replaced. The batteries were replaced.
