Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Interior of reach in cooler on cook line soiled. Manager wiped out cooler. Observed build up of mold like substance in main ice machine. Manager wiped down ice machine.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed ice in hand wash sink on right of cook line. Manager turned hot water on to melt ice.
Condensation or other drainage not disposed of according to law. AC ventilation above main ice machine dripping. Vent got cleaned, no longer leaking.
