Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed shelled eggs being stored over ready to eat bread in two door upright fridge in dining area. Employee moved eggs to bottom shelf.

Using sink and surface quat in rear three compartment sink, only have chlorine strips. Using chlorine for front 3 comp but using quat for rear 3 comp. Showed employee proper test kit to purchase and what test kit goes with what chemical.

The person in charge went and purchased the correct chlorine bleach.
