Front counter cold holding unit-Cold holding unit-; feta cheese, cannoli beans, egg salad, shredded cheese, tuna salad, chicken salad, cooked chicken, hard boiled eggs, chic peas (60-64F - Cold Holding); all food items was removed from reach in cooler dated 01/23/2024-01/25/2024 and placed directly in cold holding unit.
