Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed some mold like substance inside the ice machine.
Floor area(s) covered with standing water. Observed excessive accumulation of water on the floor at the Warewashing area.
In-use tongs stored on equipment door handle between uses. Tong was moved it.
Inaccurate/damaged temperature and/or pressure gauge(s) on dishmachine. Observed gauge is not working properly.
