Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. 2 dish washing machines were not pumping out the correct sanitation levels. Manager grabbed a new chlorine bucket and retested to 50 ppm on one of the dishwasher machines
